'57 210,48K-454-1st car bought in 1970 with 33K miles, 2nd owner, stored since 1974!
'55 Belair-93K,-2nd car bought in 1971.
My dad drove '55 to work when I had a straight axle under it. I drove the '57 to school.
Cragars were bought in 1970. I had the original tires on it until 1998. Remember L60-15s?
Car was totaled in 1974.
Kept in storage until 1989. Decided to TLB it!
My boss gave me a fiberglass front end in 1976. Built the aluminum frame for it in 1977.
Ordered new glass front in 1986, old one was a lousy fit.
New glass fit worse, took hundreds of hours to extend it, brace it, cut & fit it.
I don't like bumpers, too heavy! Heavily involved in political activism, can u tell?
Swivel buckets from old Monte Carlo. Column shift hole filled.
Old Grant foam wheel goes with the original radio that still works.
Crushed velour is too tough to keep clean.
All side glass is lexan and they all go up and down.
Clock does not work. Everything else ok.
Changed frame to 1957 in 1975, got a drain plug for the rear and square frame horns that aided 'glass front end frame design.
'59 283+.060,11.5 to 1, 270 HP, solids with Zora's 12-18 cam, Hooker Jr. Stock adjustable headers bought in 1972, jet coated in 1996.
Yeah, everything is chromed, polished aluminum or stainless.
Even the clutch linkage; tranny is a 2.64:1 ST-10
Deep dish Cragars on a '55?!-Nova offset.
Cut, welded and filled radiator support and powder coated. See the '57 frame?

Yeah- I'm old school, but I grew up in Malvern, Pa.,
Home of the Grump!
