Byron, awesome website! I enclosed a couple pictures of my 1948 Austin Devon A-40 (4 year build) taken at the Route 66 Car Show in San Bernardino, CA Sept 19th thru 21st 2008. It has a Chevy 383 with a 671 Blower on it. People seemed to go ape over it. Rob Lindsay at RJ Fabrication in Hesperia did the all-tube chassis and then some. Amazingly, there are no problems with the handling because of the short wheelbase. Check out the video link below testing the car. Can’t wait to put the window net in and take it to the track. I hope to go to the Mooneyes Christmas event at Irwindale and get some good time slips. Thanks
