| Great web site. Here are a couple photos of the
old Braun Bros. 55 Chevy Gasser. It was raced in the St. Louis area
from 1964-67 with a Hilborn injected 301. It has an early ford front
straight axle, Olds rear axle, Kellison Car Co. fiberglass tilt front
and doors, magnesium American wheels, and lots of engine setback. It's
a real survivior of the Mid-western gasser wars. Mark Johnson |
